By accessing or using MaskMailer ("Service"), a product of IT Dukes, operated at maskmailer.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MaskMailer is an email deliverability testing platform that helps users understand where their emails land (inbox, spam, promotions, etc.) across different email providers. The Service includes:

• Sending test emails to seed inboxes
• Measuring email placement across Gmail and Outlook
• Analyzing authentication results (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Generating AI-powered email content for testing
• Reporting and analytics on deliverability performance

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Test emails containing malware, phishing, or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to harm or harass others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Email Account Authorization

When you connect email accounts via OAuth, you authorize us to:

• Send emails on your behalf from connected sending mailboxes
• Read inbox content of connected seed accounts to measure placement
• Modify email labels/folders for warmup functionality
• Store OAuth tokens securely to maintain connectivity

You may revoke access at any time through your account settings or directly through your email provider's security settings (Google Account or Microsoft Account).

6. Google API Services

MaskMailer's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by IT Dukes and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. EMAIL DELIVERABILITY RESULTS ARE INFORMATIONAL AND MAY VARY FROM ACTUAL DELIVERY RATES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IT DUKES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms
